Painting, plumbing, electrical, and most handyman work in California requires a CSLB contractor's license. We verify license status before dispatching jobs.

By activating your account you agree to:
• Complete all checklist items on every job
• Submit before and after photos for every job
• Payment releases after PM approval
• Maintain a 4.0 or higher rating
• Provide 2 hours notice for cancellations
• BluPrnts retains 30% of job value as platform fee
• You are an independent contractor (1099), not an employee
• Maintain required license & insurance throughout
• Receive job-related texts/calls (incl. from our AI assistant Mia); reply STOP to opt out
