1. Who This Applies To

This Policy applies to property managers, vendors/technicians, tenants and occupants we contact on a property manager's behalf, and website visitors. Property managers are responsible for providing any notices required to their tenants before sharing tenant contact information with us.

3. How We Use Information

4. AI Processing

The Service uses AI (including third-party AI providers) to interpret messages, analyze photos, and generate quotes and summaries. AI outputs may be imperfect; we apply human and system controls for material actions. We do not use the content of your communications to train third-party public models except as permitted by our agreements with those providers.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information with: vendors/technicians assigned to a job (limited to what is needed to perform it); property managers and, where relevant, property owners; service providers and subprocessors (for example, Twilio/OpenPhone for SMS, VAPI for voice, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI, and our hosting and database providers); and authorities or others where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to: know/access the personal information we collect and how we use and share it; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, and we [do/do not] "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising — [confirm with attorney]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@bluprnts.io or [phone]. We will verify your request, typically using your phone number or account. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
